Submitting An Application for Financial Assistance

The Sleeping Angels Foundation desires to assist you in planning for your child's final services through financial assistance for burial, cremation, and/or remembrance services. This assistance is as-needed and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your child and your current financial need. Financial assistance will not be confirmed until complete information and required documentation is submitted. The Foundation may not be held liable for any costs accrued before the application is processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you regarding your application.

Sleeping Angels Financial Assistance

The mission of the Sleeping Angels Foundation (SAF) is to offer financial assistance for burials, cremations, and remembrance services for children who have passed away. Applying for assistance does not guarantee that all items of a contract with a funeral home will be covered by the SAF. In addition, if other means for payment exist, financial assistance from the SAF may be adjusted accordingly.

Financial assistance payments are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

There is an approval process for funding.

I will not request assistance through a public site like GoFundMe, Facebook, or TicTok while receiving donations from the Sleeping Angels.

A funeral home contract will be submitted within 24 hours of my arrangement meeting before funds are disbursed.

Failure to provide complete and accurate information will void this application.

The funeral home approved to partner with the Sleeping Angels Foundation currently is Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary.

By my consent, I understand that my application for financial assistance through the Sleeping Angels Foundation does not guarantee all costs of a burial, cremation, and/or remembrance service will be covered. I understand that additional choices I choose with the funeral home may be my financial responsibility. I further understand that publicly requesting financial assistance for burial, cremation and/or services through social media sites such as, but not limited to, GoFundMe, Facebook, TicTok, News sites, or other public sites may limit any assistance through the Foundation. In the event financial donations from the Sleeping Angels Foundation are available and my financial assistance application is approved, I will submit a funeral home contract within 24 hours of my funeral home arrangement meeting to the Sleeping Angels before funds are disbursed. Refusal to do so may terminate my application. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will also terminate this application and any financial obligation becomes my sole responsibility as next of kin. The funeral home approved by the Sleeping Angels Foundation to receive donations at this time is Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary of Yukon, OK.
